Wellness: Cozy Up to a Rose Latte

As the weather begins to cool, we have something other than mainstream pumpkin spice to be excited about. Introducing the rose latte, an aesthetically pleasing and equally delicious choice to satisfy that itch for a warm drink when the air feels brisk.

Specialty wellness lattes have been popping up at cafes all over the city. From matcha to turmeric,  we are especially fond of this rose latte with floral notes. Not only is the latte pink and garnished with flowers, but it does not contain caffeine so you can enjoy it in the late afternoon or as nightly treat as you unwind from the day.

Here's how to make it:


  • 1 cup milk of choice (best with almond, coconut, oat)

  • 2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • handful of frozen raspberries
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey or agave


Add all ingredients (except coconut oil and honey) to sauce pan on medium heat. Heat for about 5 minutes until all in blended. Strain the liquid. Add in coconut oil and honey and stir until frothy. Enjoy!
