Whilst in isolation, we are trying to stay as mentally and psychically healthy as possible. Our Creative Director, Nevena is doing this by making a morning booster juice everyday. This simple juice recipe is a refreshing way to start your day with essential vitamins and nutrients that keep your body strong. Along with a simple fruit and vegetable juice, it's important you are fueling your body well so it can run optimally to fight off any forms of illness. For this reason, we have a delicious and nutrient-dense smoothie that helps you start your day fueled with healthy ingredients. When you keep your body as healthy as possible, there is more space for mental clarity and overall happiness. Enjoy the recipes!
Morning Booster Juice
1 small bunch of celery
1 large green apple
1 inch knob of ginger
*optional* add 1/2 lemon if you have it
Put everything through your juicer and enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Mint Chip Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup spinach
Fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
*optional* Vanilla Protein Powder
Add everything to a blender besides the cacao nibs. Once everything is blended, pulse the cacao nibs in making sure they're mixed but not completely blended. The color of the smoothie should still be green with cacao nibs mixed in!
